1 Eun
2 Shai
3 Shalash
4 Mala
5 Khamish
6 Sota
7 Pana
8 Ashta
9 Yabi
10 Jo
When counting, however, the names of the numbers are shortened to:
Eun, shai, shal, ma, kham, so, pan, asht, yab, jo.
This makes it easier to count quickly. When not counting, use the
full word. Example, "Ani nga shalash ranyam." ("I have
three books.")

*The ending of the numbers 100 through 900 is "nam" (hundred). In
classic Carichendan, nam was a separate word (eun nam, shai nam, etc).
In modern Carichendan, the words have been joined, but the accent
has been kept the same. So, even though these words have been
joined, the accentuation is as though they were two words.
This is also true for the ending "sasra" which means thousand, and yota, which means million.
